Although this is similar to <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt0028346/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Reefer Madness (1938)</a> this old film shows the dangers of drug addiction and many of the results of that life. By today's standards, however, it may be laughable.

The most intense and disturbing scene may be when a girl and guy are trapped in a desert cave, coming down from heroin addiction cold turkey. Their body motions and facial expressions show misery. At one point they are foaming at the mouth.
