Storyline:  In the New Mexico desert, Sgt. Ben Peterson and his partner find a lost child and soon face a giant ant threat. FBI agent Robert Graham joins them, along with Dr. Harold Medford and his daughter Patricia, to destroy the desert colony. They learn the ants mutated due to 1945 atomic tests, but two queens escape to Los Angeles, threatening a new colony. The team races to save missing children and stop the underground infestation.
