A character falls off a balcony to their death, after attempting to escape the cops. They are shown falling through the air and their dead body is shown for a long period of time, on the ground. This scene is very intense and disturbing.

A man pushes another man and violently smacks him over and over again, very hard. Another man is also smacked repeatedly.

A man violently smashes a chair over another man head, knocking him unconscious and completely breaking the chair. He then briefly grabs him by the throat and is pulled off.

The main character is a drug addict. He will do anything for a fix. It shows him putting a needle in his arm and later going through withdrawals.

This movie is very intense and very depressing. It may be to much for some viewers.

The scenes where Frankie goes through drug withdrawals and has a breakdown in his home, are very intense and hard to watch.

The second death is the most disturbing and is quite depressing.

A man is locked in a room to make sure that he does not try to get drugs. He has a breakdown and is shown convulsing on the ground, because he is so cold. He yells and demands to be let out. This scene is upsetting.
