Storyline:  Chemist Barnaby Fulton is developing a youth-restoring formula. After a chimpanzee secretly alters the experiment and contaminates the water cooler, Fulton unknowingly drinks the mixture. Believing his potion a success, he begins acting like a teenager. Soon his wife and others consume the water as well, leading to chaos as adults regress into youthful—and even childish—behavior.
