Storyline:  Joe Sullivan, imprisoned after taking the fall for Rick, who owes him $50,000, seizes a risky chance to escape. Rick expects him to be killed or recaptured, but with help from his devoted lover Pat and caseworker Ann, Joe goes further than planned. As law closes in, the question remains: is he a ruthless criminal or a man with hidden decency, and who truly holds his future, Pat or Ann?
