Storyline:  Just before Christmas, Lee Leander is arrested for shoplifting. Prosecutor John Sargent postpones the trial, feeling sympathy for her. He arranges her bail and brings her to his family’s home for the holidays. As they fall in love, their growing bond complicates the trial looming after Christmas.
