Storyline:  In the foggy streets of Le Havre, Jean, a weary army deserter, searches for a new beginning. He stumbles into a lonely bar on the outskirts of town, where a chance encounter with Nelly, a 17-year-old runaway, changes everything. Nelly is entangled in a web of danger, pursued by her sinister godfather Zabel and the menacing gangster Lucien. As Jean falls for Nelly, he confronts Lucien's threats and uncovers dark secrets.
