Storyline:  In 1787, William Bligh commands HMS Bounty, bound for the Pacific to transport breadfruit. His harsh discipline fuels tension with Fletcher Christian, the ship’s compassionate executive officer, and midshipman Roger Byam. Upon reaching Tahiti, Christian successfully leads a revolt against Bligh, but the captain returns a year later, driven by vengeance.
