Storyline:  In 1877, the discovery of gold on Sioux lands ignites a frantic rush to the Dakotas. Amid the chaos, the Carlton family's wagon breaks one of its wheels, and get assaulted by a band of horse thieves. As her father dies in the fight, Lee Carlton gets saved by a trio of outlaws—"Bull" Stanley, Mike Costigan, and "Spade" Allen— who protect her on the perilous race for gold against both thieves and lawmen alike.
