Storyline:  Martin and Rudi, two young men with terminal cancer, meet in a hospital and decide to escape for one last trip to the sea. Drunk and still in pajamas, they steal a Mercedes convertible, unaware it belongs to gangsters and carries more than just a gun. Their impulsive flight turns into a reckless race against time.
