Storyline:  In 1871, Paul Verlaine invites young genius Arthur Rimbaud to live with him and his pregnant wife. Rimbaud’s behavior disrupts home and literary circles. Amid abuse, alcohol, and poetry, they become lovers, leaving Mathilde. After breakups and reconciliations, a 1873 gun incident sends one to prison before their final reunions.
