Storyline:  An elderly couple wash their gabbeh, an intricately designed rug, while exchanging light quarrels. Suddenly, a young woman materializes to help them. She reveals herself as part of the clan whose history is woven into the rug’s design, and through it unfolds the tale of her courtship by a mysterious outsider who once sought her hand.
