Storyline:  After a collision triggers a massive explosion in the tunnel between Manhattan and New Jersey, survivors are trapped with both exits blocked. Kit Latura, a former emergency services chief, rushes to the scene and enters through a maintenance route. Racing against time, he must guide the survivors to safety before the tunnel collapses completely.
