Braveheart (1995)
Plot Summary
William Wallace is considered one of Scotland's most famous historical figures. In this Oscar-winning film, the warrior played by Mel Gibson returns to Scotland to raise a family. However, his wife is murdered in cold blood and William sets out to avenge her death, becoming the mythical Scottish warrior who could have turned the tide of history.
