Storyline:  Foh, a skilled mechanic back from advanced training in Japan, runs a shop with his family in Hong Kong and aids police in busting illegal street racers. After stopping psychotic driver Cougar, Foh becomes his target. Cougar trashes his shop, kidnaps his sisters, and forces him into a high-stakes race in Japan, pushing Foh to retrain for the ultimate showdown.
