The film is violent with lots of blood of gore shown.

Frequent strong and bloody violence includes stabbings, slashings, impalements, hackings, dismemberments, decapitations, bisections and bifurcations. In a prolonged scene, characters spit out blood after poisoned and a woman's heart is ripped off and spit out blood and a man is tortured with his eyes sewn off shut.

Very gory violence throughout. Limbs and heads chopped off in graphic manners, occasional people bisected and eyes sewn shut.

Possibly one of the most violent and goriest action movies. If MPAA would rate this film, it would be R for strong graphic bloody violence, gore and gruesome images.

The scene where a man has his eyes sewn shut may be hard to watch.
