Storyline:  Gangster Nino and his crew, the Cash Money Brothers, build a crack empire making millions weekly. Detective Scotty tries to bring them down using an ex-addict as an informant, but the plan fails. Left with no choice, Scotty goes undercover himself, risking everything to stop the gang from the inside.
