Storyline:  After a drug robbery in Los Angeles, three fugitives—Pluto, Ray Malcolm, and Fantasia—head toward a small town in Arkansas. LAPD detectives follow their trail and join forces with local Chief Dale “Hurricane” Dixon. Eager for action, Dixon embraces the manhunt, but his hidden past resurfaces when he recognizes Fantasia, forcing him to confront old secrets.
