There are two very graphic unsimulated sex scenes that caused the film to receive an NC-17 rating. They both contain nudity and you can see insertion during the second one. The only nudity not shown is vaginal.

Strong bloody violence throughout. It isn't constant or over the top, but it's extremely disturbing given the context.

Strong language throughout, including frequent F-bombs and racial slurs.

Heavy use of alcohol and smoking throughout.

This is an incredibly disturbing movie, many will find it hard to watch. It feels similar to films like "A Clockwork Orange", but with a different context. Viewer discretion is strongly advised.
