Storyline:  In the Venezuelan Amazon, Dr. James Atherton studies a newly discovered spider species. After a photographer dies from a bite, one spider is transported hidden in his coffin to Canaima, where it breeds. As deadly spiders infest the town, arachnophobic doctor Ross Jennings joins Atherton to stop the threat.
