Storyline:  Mark Hunter, a bright but introverted teenager who has moved to Phoenix from the East Coast, creates a pirate radio persona called “Hard Harry” using his shortwave radio. His irreverent broadcasts make him a cult hero among students while angering the school principal. When a listener’s suicide sparks chaos, Harry’s show draws the attention of authorities, exposing the principal’s corrupt practices.
