Storyline:  In the sequel to A Better Tomorrow, Ho is offered freedom if he goes undercover to infiltrate his former gang. He refuses—until his younger brother Kit, a police officer, takes the mission instead. To protect Kit, Ho accepts. Meanwhile, in New York, Mark Gor’s twin brother Ken hides a displaced gang boss after a brutal takeover. Loyalties are tested as violence escalates on both sides.
