Batman (1989)

In crime-ridden Gotham, Batman takes on the mafia activity led by Carl Grissom. After a betrayal, Grissom's thug, Jack Napier, falls into chemicals and returns as the Joker, wreaking havoc throughout the city. As Batman confronts his new nemesis, journalist Vicki Vale investigates both the masked man and his alter ego, Bruce Wayne.
