We briefly see a belly dancer on a TV, which is neither sex nor nudity.

Two fistfights between Norris' character and some terrorists, and several shootouts. There is some blood, but nothing too gory or bloody. The last half of the movie has most of the action, with many shootouts and chases, but most of the violence is PG-13 level, and not too bad.

The two highjackers beat innocent people with their fist, guns and a plane chair arm. The scenes of torture through sleep-deprivation and the plane being taken over are the most intense parts of the film.

While the terrorist scene is intense, the rest of the movie isn't. There isn't peril. The entire movie, the upbeat theme to this movie, without giving too much away, is designed to let you know the good guys are probably going to win. That doesn't account for whether some good guys are lost though.
