One man gets sucked into an underwater fan. The water turns red with blood as his head makes is mashed up.
There is an exceptionally brutal scene towards the end where an underground mine collapses and floods, causing people to be sent flying, falling to their deaths, drowning and being crushed to death in a brutal way. The bad guy brutally machine guns down several people with an Uzi and to make the scene more disturbing he does the entire act with a smile on his face. This whole scene is very realistic and pushes the boundaries of PG-13.
A man is shot in the chest and killed(blood is shown). The shooters then set the building on fire while two people are in the elevator. This is very intense.
A woman strangled a man in a car and his corpse is seen later.
A helicopter is blown up.
A woman rides a cart out of a mine, and it blows up before she can get off it.
A woman strangled another man in a car, but this too is offscreen.
A man and woman have a light sparring session wherein the man is able to thrust himself upon the body of the woman while on the ground. He pins her down and she fights back in an aggressive fashion. The man then kisses her without her consent but she soon gives into it.
There's a pretty brutal fight in a mansion in which Bond shoots a shotgun (which is loaded with rock salts) at several attackers. He then fights them hand-to-hand, punching and kicking them in the face and body, knocking them down, and one man has a vase smashed over his head.
A frozen corpse is discovered under snow.
Several men on horseback fight with Bond, who is also on horseback, as they jump over several obstacles. The man fall off or crash into the obstacles.
Bond fires several shots at a suspect and chases them through a city, driving a car and crashing over a bus. The car's top is ripped off and the back is cut off, and he discards it.
Bond skis on slopes as men shoot at him in the beginning, and he commandeers a small buggy, but it's shot and he jumps off as it explodes. He uses a snowboard and knocks over two men, and escapes.
There's a car chase through a city as cops pursue Bond and a woman who are in a commandeered fire truck. The ladder swings around off the truck and smashed the top off of a truck, and several cars crash into each other.
A woman with superhuman strength carries a man and throws him down mercilessly causing him some injury.
The violence is much more realistic and less over the top then most films released today.
Zorin mercilessly and joyfully guns down dozens of innocent workers in a mine. He also activates several mines, blowing up the mine and causing much destruction. Many men die, either by shooting, being crushed, or drowning, as water pours into the mine.
A man falls out of a blimp and into water from great height, screaming as he falls - presumably dying.
A corpse is seen sitting in the back of a car. Bond is knocked out and out into the car next to the corpse.
Bond and Tibbits fight two guards in a packing area of Zorin's mansion. Both punch their attackers, but Tibbits is thrown into some crates. Bond punches the man's and throws him onto a conveyor belt, and he is wrapped up and packaged.
