A dead woman is shown hanging half out of her bedroom window with a hairdryer cord wrapped around her neck and holding on her hairdryer. In the uncut version, there is a precursor of this that shows her getting ready for the day, and her hairdryer begins to float telekinetically, and strangles her with the cord. It blows hot air in her face and she dies.
In the cockpit of an ice cream truck, we see its driver's dead body tucked in between the seat and driver door. (uncut version only)
A woman is shot to death, you see the bullets hitting and blood soaking her clothes.
