Access Code (1984)

A government agency discovers that some of America's nuclear arsenal has been stolen by a private group planning to take over the world for themselves. Somehow, the agents must stop the group's plans for global domination, recover the stolen weapons, and prevent a nationwide panic by keeping everything secret.
