This film is much about sex as well as drugs. Madge marries a man who took her virginity, even though she was sad about not losing hers before the other three girls did.

One of the girls' father, a police officer, abuses her a great deal.

A quite intense vandalism scene combined with raw fist fighting and bodies thrown on glass surfaces. A fight between a character and a drug addict resulting in one of them thrown on a glass storefront. Depiction of family violence in a short and sudden, but still intense moment.

Considerably intense and unsettling final 20 minutes. Mostly sentimentally heartbreaking, but still contains harsh juvenile fighting (mentioned above), sexual harassment about to take place and moderately bloody hospital scene.
