Storyline:  In a crumbling Atlantic City, Sally dreams of Monte Carlo while training as a blackjack dealer. Lou, an aging small-time hustler, spies on her from next door. Their lives shift when Sally’s estranged husband and pregnant sister arrive with stolen cocaine, reigniting long-buried dreams and inviting danger that could either destroy them—or set them free.
