A group of soldiers take turns peeping through a keyhole at a woman in the shower (the woman is not shown). One of them then has a visible erection in his pants and leaves with a remark suggesting that he is going to masturbate. The soldiers are then dispersed by their commander, who calls them a "bunch of wankers."

One of the soldiers gets sexually harassed by a gay man.

A soldier appears naked except for his helmet and belt with several things dangling from it, and calls it a "summer fashion". His genitals are not shown, but everything else is. He is later joined by many other soldiers. Parameters of their nudity are the same.

During a session with a psychiatrist, a soldier undergoes the Rorschach test. He sees naked women in all the inkblots and describes their features. Finally, the psychiatrist shows him a photograph of a half-naked woman (shown), and the soldier says disappointedly that this has ruined his day.

A performance is held for soldiers, which includes shadowplay showing the silhouettes of a woman and a man making love. Most of the soldiers in the audience begin to masturbate while watching the performance (covered by blankets).

A woman takes off her dress in front of a man and is shown topless and in panties. It's implied that they have sex after.

An army commander French kisses his elderly mother.

There is a fight between two men in the first scene, in which one of the man is stabbed by the other. The stabbed one turns out to be a mannequin of Karl Marx, which later gets violated in various ways again.

A truck brings in a group of soldiers who are injured in various ways. While trying to load one of them onto a stretcher, both of his legs are torn off. This legless man clearly survives, as he appears in several more scenes.

One of the soldiers gets sexually harassed by a gay man.

To avoid being sent to the front, one of the soldiers deliberately traps his genitals in a desk drawer. His injury ( or any nudity) is not shown.

There is a scene in which a doctor operates on, or rather dissects, a patient and pulls various objects out of his open, bloody wound. The scene also shows severed feet and gouged-out eyes.

The film features numerous explosions, shootings, and bullying.

Various characters in many different scenes smoke (sometimes cigarettes, sometimes joints, sometimes opium) and use various drugs in the form of tablets, powder, or injections. Strangely, there is no visible alcohol consumption in the film.
