Storyline:  Fifteen years after murdering his sister on Halloween 1963, six-year-old Michael Myers escapes from Smith's Grove Sanitarium on the eve of Halloween 1978. He returns to Haddonfield, targeting high school student Laurie Strode. Meanwhile, his psychiatrist, Dr. Loomis, and Sheriff Brackett hunt for him, unaware of the carnage Myers will soon unleash.
