The film as a whole has a dark premise, as it centers on themes of corruption and also our powerlessness against evil. These dark themes play an important part in the plot of the film, and are even subtly stated through dialogue.

The ending is one of the most intense, horrific, brutal and grotesque minutes as screaming, blood and horror conclude.

The entire movie is fairly intense. Many characters are threatened.

There are two murders, both of which could be intense to some viewers.
