Storyline:  When Fielding Mellish, a clumsy and shy product tester, is dumped by his alluring girlfriend Nancy, he takes a vacation to San Marcos. Instead, he gets caught in chaotic bureaucracy amid a guerrilla uprising. Rebels seize power, their leader goes mad, and Mellish is forced to replace him.
