Storyline:  In Sydney, a British family lives comfortably until a picnic leaves the daughter and young son stranded in the Australian Outback. With little food, a radio, and a few belongings, they struggle to endure the harsh land until they meet an Aboriginal boy on his walkabout, surviving off nature. He helps them, but language barriers and cultural distance complicate their fragile alliance, as their need for civilization collides with his rite of passage.
