This film was made in the 1970s when smoking was still allowed on airplanes. Many people are seen smoking and drinking on the flight throughout. Some characters are fully inebriated.

The entire movie has a tense feel to it as people are nervous due to a known bomb threat. One of the characters thought to be responsible is mentally disturbed and sometimes has disturbing flashbacks. However young children will not know the difference and may be oblivious to this.
