The opening scene features a serial killer who stalked women including a pregnant woman and killed them with an axe or even drowned them and their lifeless bodies including an unborn baby shows a pool of blood around their dead bodies.

Many of the scenes involving creepy women ghosts haunting the airliner including the women ghosts who take over and control the people to try to kill the murderer on the airline.

Many of the passengers on the airliner freak out by the women ghosts haunting the airline including a disturbing scene with some people stuck in the bathroom having a nervous breakdown.
