Storyline:  Set during India’s Emergency in 1975, the story follows dacoit leader Man Singh and his gang in Chambal. A failed raid leaves many dead, forcing survivors Vakil and Lakhna into conflict as they flee police pursuit. Along the way, they meet Indumati and her assaulted sister Sonchiriya, whose fate forces the rebels to confront betrayal, morality, and the cost of survival.
