2014 Rajkaran (2011)

The film advocates the idealistic ideology of both the warring scions, Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray to join hands and bring 'Shivrajya' to Maharashtra. The film showcases Prasad Oak as the fiery orator, Raj, and Sudesh Mhashilkar as the moderate Uddhav and all that went into the after effects of the split on the grass-root workers, who fight amongst themselves. It also showcases the attacks on the migrants who flock daily from their villages to the metropolis. The film sends out a message that the 'Marathi manoos' should come together and fight for the more serious problems like farmer suicides, inflation, crime, etc.
