Fists, nail guns, shovels, legs, arms, pistols, metal poles, glass shards, machine guns, computer routers, microwaves, and various other objects are used to decapitate, impale through the chest/shoulder/head/skull/face/torso, pierce, stab, shoot, disembowel, bisect, dismember, gouge out eyeballs, crush skulls, and kill many people in other ways during the course of the film.
