Storyline:  Kenny, a middle-class father, decides to pay for his daughter's wedding despite the insistence of Kirby, the wealthy father of the groom. The logical consequence of this celebration forces both parents and their entire families to tolerate each other in what becomes the longest week of their lives. Filled with humorous gags and featuring charming performances by Adam Sandler and Chris Rock, the movie follows the formula of classic comedies, resulting in guaranteed entertainment.
