Two characters fight in bloody, exaggerated detail as they viscously stab and impale each other. One character also uses a gun to shoot another countless times and they both end up covered in blood, one of them with blades sticking out from all over their body.

A man is used as a human shield and is shot countless times. Blood sprays and oozes out of the holes in his body, and pours out of his mouth. Eventually, he has his head exploded into pieces, and brain goes all over the place, including another man's head.

A woman uses telekinetic powers to rip off all of the skin on a man's body revealing his organs and skeleton. All of his guts and parts of his skeleton fall and spill onto the floor.

A woman's fingers can be seen protruding from people's eye sockets, moving under their skin and going into people's brains when she uses her mind control powers for evil. This is squeamish and sometimes gross.

A man is shot many, many times and is used as a shield (we see blood from the wounds and pouring from his mouth) and one final shot blows his head off (we see blood and matter); another man tries to do CPR and we see the bloody neck wound gushing blood.

A woman pushes her fingers into people's heads/faces in several scenes and we see her fingers moving under their flesh and eyes and sometimes sticking out through their nostrils (they are seemingly unharmed afterward); one man's head is twisted and his neck is snapped, and another man is dragged down a flight of stairs.

A man fights numerous armed guards using the bones from a skeleton to stab and slash them (blood splatters and sprays): he throws a sword at a man, stabbing him through the head; one man is set on fire; one man is beaten with a human skull; a few are stabbed in the groin; many are stabbed numerous times; and several are flipped in the air, landing and twisting unnaturally with blood shown pooling on the snow-covered ground.

Two attackers are stabbed in the groin and the buttocks with a metal claw.

A man stabs another man in the chest and crotch several times and lifts him off the ground slamming him against his knee (we see blood spurt but he does not appear injured); the two continue fighting and one shoots the other numerous times (the bullets pop out of the wounds and onto the ground and he spits one bullet out of his mouth).

A man is headbutted (he has black eyes and a bandaged, bloody nose).

Two men fight inside a car, stabbing and slamming each other; one is thrown through the windshield shattering it; one is thrown through the roof of the car and lands hard on the ground; one bends the other's arm, unnaturally snapping it at the elbow; and we later see them both with bloody wounds with one wrapped in a seatbelt like a mummy.

A man visits numerous universes where he finds a man dying or the man attacking him; the man is shown nailed to a giant "X," the man attacks him and punches or stabs him numerous times in a few settings, and the man lands among countless bloody skulls.

Two men crash onto a car's roof and hood, crumpling it (we see that they are both bloodied as they walk away)

A man stabs a woman through the back with metal claws (we see bloody wounds) and lifts her off the ground.

A man is shown with scars covering his face and neck in many scenes throughout the movie.

A woman waves her hand and throws two men through a shop window shattering the glass.

A woman removes a man's flesh and we see his skinless body and all his body parts including his organs collapse onto the ground (Very graphic).

The opening scene is the most graphic scene in the film, while there are other scenes almost just as gory as the opening scene it doesn't really get any more gory than that first scene.
