Mayhem (2017)

Right at the beginning of the film a man and woman are having sex on a desk. Her breasts are visible for a few shots. They are jiggling while he is thrusting. Another where a woman is giving someone oral sex. It's shot from a distance but you do see her head moving. Another where a man and woman are having sex over a desk, where the man is standing behind the woman as she is bent forward. You can see him moving and thrusting, but this too is shot from a distance but there's no sounds and last a few seconds. (It was confirmed that it was unsimulated sex between a couple in real life.)

Some graphic sexual references to numerous sexual altercations, etc.

There is a lot of extremely violent scenes of stabbing, beatings, mutilations, death, and much more throughout the entire film.

Beating with hammers, fire extinguisher, fists etc.

94 uses of the F bomb, 1 use of both c-t, c-k, and t-ts. 3 uses of p--y. Many uses of everything else including insults, s-t, a-, d-n, and more.

Cigarettes and Cocaine are shown in the film

The violence is brutal and gory as hell and the fact everyone is forced into quarantine with a bunch of murderous crazies, but aside from that there's nothing inherently scary about this movie.
