A man attempts to have sex with his girlfriend, but due to stomach pain he has to stop.

A man is seen sitting on a toilet, his shirt covers his genitals - only his legs are seen as his trousers are pulled down.

Whilst about to have sex with his girlfriend a man becomes distressed with stomach pain. He starts hacking off his genitals - penis and blood is seen.

A classroom scene where a class is having a sex education class. A banana with a condom on it is briefly seen. A poster with a the organs of the reproductive system is seen in the background and pointed to by the teacher. This is an instructional/information scene - the students are not seen. This is more of a flashback Lyndsay has.

A man is attacked whilst going to the toilet - he's pulled under the stall door. The attack itself is not seen, but blood is seen moments later after hearing him scream going into the drain.

A man is attacked from behind as he is fishing - blood seen coming from his mouth. This scene only lasts about 20 seconds or so.

A body is is found covered in blood as if they has been skinned - they are still alive and reaches up.

A man is tied to a tress and suffocated by the killer scrotum bloody scrotum sack) - he is crushd. Blood is seen flowing on his shirt.

A dog is killed offscreen, it's lead and it's bloody and mangled corpse is seen for a few seconds.

A young girl finds the corpse of the man killed haging from the tree. His hand is seen with blood dripping off it. She turns and screams - presumably attacked offscreen by the killer scrotum.

Lyndsay goes to a house, knocking on her window - the female occupant is dead inside the house. Blood on her face - intestings showing in her lap.

Lyndsay attacks the scrotum with a chainsaw - she is sprayed with blood.

A police officer is attacked mainly offscreen - the attack itself itself is not seen, but implied as he is seen lying down after presumably dead.

A man covered in blood wearing a protective whilte suit slams his hands on the passenger side of the van his colleague is in. His colleague drives off. That man is then attacked from the visible perspective of the scrotum approaching the man. Death not seen on screen, but presumed to happen.

A man is strangled to death by the killer sctrotum from above his van.

Lyndsay finds a little girl from earlier in the film - she's covered in blood. The girl is suddenly pulled away, blood is splashed in Lyndsay's face (she screams) - presumably the girl is killed but the attack itself and it's results isn't seen.

At the end of the move you see a close-up of a large pulsating scrotum sack with blood on it.

Lyndsay says the s word (for excrement) in the back of the police car after having a flashback to a sex education class.

A man calls the killer scrotum a f@#ker (the f-word)
