This adaptation of Mark Manson's bestseller delves into the essence of fulfilling happiness, drawing on personal experiences and disappointments to redefine conventional notions of success. Through a critical examination of self-help trends and false promises, Manson highlights the fallacy of materialism by advocating finding true fulfillment in life's journey. And without hesitation, he shares with extreme sincerity insights on how not to care about what doesn't matter and how to love what does.
