The Quadfather

The Quadfather is an original superhero movie based in Chicago that exposes the drug epidemic and the plight of our inner cities. We are introduced to John Paul, a man who lost his parents and ability to walk as the result of gang violence hours after receiving a football scholarship. After years in a coma, John Paul runs a community center and counsels at risk youth. He realizes Chicago is in deep despair and the city needs a hero. In spite of perceived limitations, John Paul uses his strength, heartbreak, and X-game type athleticism to be the answer the city needs. The Quadfather pays homage to classic comics and superheroes like Batman, Spiderman, while adding a modern high-flying, parkour twist. In a city in chaos, John Paul fights crime using his unique skillset to protect Chicago from a drug epidemic and escalating gang violence. As the youth of Southside search for security and identity, they must decide whether to succumb to the allure of gang life or try and create a different future. John Paul is a former football star who is vigilant about protecting those he loves after losing his mother and father, and nearly a decade of his life to a carjacking gone bad. Many are pulled to gang life by a charismatic and wealthy villain who preys on the addicted, impoverished, and unsuspecting. John Paul must overcome disability and self-doubt to become The Quadfather and defeat an enemy and evil empire who bested him years ago.
