Storyline:  Police Chief Carter announces the discovery of the remains of eleven women, and FBI Agent Petrovick is sent to help him find the responsible for these murders. The serial killer, known to the press as "The Bone Collector" because of his modus operandi, could be anyone, which raises suspicions within the investigation itself. The film is based on the true events of the West Mesa murders.
