Storyline:  Baltimore, New Year's Eve. After a vicious homicidal attack leaves 29 dead and no one arrested, introverted but perceptive cop Eleanor Falco is recruited by Geoffrey Lammark, an FBI special agent, to work on catching the killer. Will they be able to track down a murderer who moves in the shadows? This intriguing thriller from director Damián Szifron has enough pulse and visual imagery to make it a true genre film, with a fantastic Shailene Woodley.
