The Alien uses it's inner jaw to impale a man in the head causing a brief spray of blood

A woman hits the alien with an axe. While a man is in it's grasp, witch in turn sprays acid on the man's face and burns it.

One F**k, and one God***n.

The atmosphere of the film is dark and creepy with constant alarms going off, and strobe lights. There are also a few jump scares.
