Just one brief instance of gore when the phone camera POV macro-zooms onto (what appears to be) an intestine being roped out of a hole in a person's stomach. But due to the camera's color tint its difficult to discern.

Almost ALL violence that occurs is mostly obfuscated by erratic camera movements and skewed angles or happens just off-screen... except for the final shot of the film.

Only instances of blood shown are from a cut someone receives on his arm, blood spray from off camera as someone is chopped with an axe (easy to miss as there is a red camera filter on), and blood spots that sprayed onto the screen itself.
