A lady with horns bites a guy on the head and he falls down. Another guy gets his throat slit a few seconds later.

A man is killed with a long knife after getting slashed in the face repeatedly.

A man squeezes a young woman's head until it breaks (not shown on camera, but we do hear a squelching sound).

There is some drinking, pretty mild.

The "slime mutants" have several scenes in this movie, they're not necessarily frightening but they do make some disturbing mewling sounds and movements.

Pretty much every scene with Chester is frightening. He says some messed up lines in this movie.
